Products purchased from Scissors Thread can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided that the product is in the original box with all the original packaging intact.

Items sold as part of a bundle may be returned for refund if all components or items within the bundle are returned in their entirety and have been unused, unopened, and/or not tampered with. All items must be returned within the applicable return policy period.

Returns or exchanges are not processed until the items are received at the designated return address.

Once the returned items are received, we process the return within 2 business days.
